Senydd Cymru have issued “A Healthier Wales: Our Plan for Health and Social Care” after a parliamentary review. Public Health Wales are responsible for working together for a healthier Wales, and have developed a long-term strategy that aims to tackle mental and physical health issues and work toward a healthier future for Welsh people.

You can speak up about issues and concerns you have to do with physical and mental health. NHS Wales have recently announced they are committed to listening, learning and improving.

House of Commons
The UK Parliament makes laws in areas considered essential to the union such as defence, the economy, and international relations. Historically, Westminster had been the central seat of power in the United Kingdom.
The House of Commons is the elected part of the United Kingdom Parliament. Ministers are the members who are in the government. Political parties not in government are called the opposition. The Speaker is an MP who has been elected by other MPs to act as Chair during debates.
House of Lords
The House of Lords provides a second opinion to the House of Commons and the government. The main role of the House of Lords is making laws, checking and challenging the government and investigating public policy.

Senedd Cymru members can raise issues on your behalf in the main chamber, ask written questions, make points during debates, and raise issues in committee meetings. They hold regular surgeries and can be contacted by email, phone, post, and social channels.
The Senedd Cymru Petitions Committee considers petitions with over 250 signatures and can ask the Welsh Government to take action. Petitions with over 10,000 signatures will be considered for debate in the Senedd chamber.
Raise the profile of an issue through non-violent and legal demonstrations. Peaceful demonstrations are legal under UK law, with restrictions. The attention gained from peaceful demonstrations can evolve into more formal campaigning methods.
